Our apps generally fall into one of three categories:

Sales & Marketing - An online shop or food ordering system will generate sales directly from your app. Digital loyalty schemes will encourage repeat business and push notifications will allow you to communicate directly with customers to promote new offers, events or availability of appointments or products and services. 

Internal Apps - Engage with staff, especially when they work remotely. Become a paper free business by including timesheets or new policies to read within your app. Include up to date literature and training materials such as videos so your staff have all the info they need to complete their work.

Customer Service - Encourage all new customers to download your app. Include key contact details such as accounts number and email address at the click of a button. Add self help videos, Q&As, data sheets and manuals. Once your customer has the app, you can promote new products and services to them via push notifications.
