Yoga can support and enhance our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing using asanas (postures), breathwork, relaxation, meditation and a whole range of other yogic tools.

We offer in-person and Zoom hatha yoga group classes and private lessons for individuals to increase physical strength, improve flexibility, enhance vitality, build mental resilience, clarity and calm within. All classes use a staged approach, making them accessible to a wide range of bodies and individuals. 

There is also an extensive video library so that you can practice at the times that suit you.

Tuesday

5pm All Levels Yoga - in Husthwaite Village Hall

7pm Going Deeper classes via Zoom

Thursday

9.15am Gentle Yoga  - Springhill Court, Easingwold

11.15am All Levels Yoga - Thirlby Village Hall

7pm Yin Yoga - via Zoom - postures are held for extended time to work deeply on fascia and energy circulation - Usually 1st Thursday of the month

 

Shiatsu (Acupressure massage) and Shamanic Healing by appointment at my studio in Husthwaite to treat a wide variety of ailments, imbalances or simply as a way to boost wellbeing.
