Yoga can support and enhance our physical, mental and emotional health and wellbeing using asanas (postures), breathwork, relaxation, meditation and a whole range of other yogic tools.

I offer in-person and Zoom hatha yoga group classes and private lessons for individuals to increase physical strength, improve flexibility, enhance vitality, build mental resilience, clarity and calm within. My classes are 'Yoga for All' using a staged approach, which makes them accessible to a wide range of bodies and individuals. 

There is also an extensive video library so that you can practice at the times that suit you.

7pm Yin Yoga - via Zoom - postures are held for extended time to work deeply on fascia and energy circulation - Usually 1st Thursday of the month
