Wills are one of the most overlooked legal documents in the UK. Many people assume that they simply don’t need a Will and that any assets will automatically be passed down to family once they pass. Others – quite understandably – struggle with contemplating the end of their life. However, for most people, it just isn’t considered a priority.

At Prior Knowledge, our priority is ensuring that each of our clients feels completely reassured that their affairs are in order when the time comes. We aim to make the process as easy as possible by visiting you in the comfort of your own home at a time that suits you.

We offer a bespoke estate planning service that incudes Wills, Trusts and Lasting Powers of Attorney. We can advise on long term care costs planning; disabled or vulnerable beneficiaries; families with minors; families with children from previous relationships; inheritance tax planning; unmarried couples, and a whole lot more.

Having been trading since 2004 we are professional, experienced, ethical and trustworthy. We are Fellows of the Institute of Professional Willwriters, meaning we are self-regulated, fully trained and insured. We also adhere to a Trading Standards Institute code of conduct. We have over 3,000 clients all over England, from Yorkshire to the south east.
