Shepherds Purse Cheeses produce international award-winning artisan cheese from local cows milk, ewes milk and British water buffalo milk. Their cheeses include Yorkshire Blue, Harrogate Blue, Mrs Bell’s Blue and Mrs Bell's Salad Cheese (formerly called Yorkshire Fettle).
Shepherds Purse is an independent family business based on the 5th generation family farm near Thirsk.
